Any checked luggage must be retrieved by yourself in San Juan or by one of our staff “VIP SERVICE” and taken to our counter at Terminal “B” upper level. Here we will check your luggage again and issue you a boarding pass unless you requested our VIP service ($125.00). With this service you can go from your arrival gate to our departure gate without picking up your luggage and going thru TSA security.
